Medikal volunteers to provide tables and chairs as well as pay tuition fees of students
Medikal has displayed another great philanthropic work as the artist looks forward to donating tables and chairs to a needy school that has gone viral.
Ghanaian blogger and media personality Kobby Kyei shared a picture on his X handle that depicted the deplorable state of an undisclosed school in Ghana. Kobby Kyei and the student were sitting on building blocks, which, according to him, served as tables and chairs for the pupils.
The post caught the attention of Medikal, and he reposted it, vowed his readiness to volunteer, and put smiles on the faces of the pupils.
Kobby Kyei’s post read, “It’s truly disheartening how our leaders neglect basic education in Ghana. A strong foundation is crucial. Authorities need to focus on government schools across the country. The environment and learning conditions for some of these children are heartbreaking.”
Medikal quickly reposted Kobby Kyei’s story and wrote, “Which school is this? I would love to help and support you asap.”
Medikal also made another post to alert Kobby Kyei to check his inbox for a message he has sent.
The artist had already revealed that he would embark on a tertiary and senior high school tour, and he would select one student from each school and pay for his or her tuition until they completed it.
